Shipping Policy

• We offer free shipping on all products across India.
• After confirmation of order, products are dispatched within 3-4 business days. However, if there is a custom sizing/ personalization request, the dispatch could take up to 7 business days.
• As the products are dispatched, an email with the tracking information would be sent to the customer.
• We have partnered with several reliable shipping partners such as DTDC, Bluedart and Delhivery. Shipments can take up to 2-4 business days to be delivered to metro/tier 1 cities, and up to 7 business days to be delivered to tier 2 and tier 3 cities. You will be provided with a tracking number via email.
• In case expedited shipping is required, please send an email to hello@jiwya.com mentioning the Order ID within 12 hours of the order placement. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
• Jiwya product pricing includes all taxes and fees. However, additional bank fees might be applicable, depending on the mode of payment/ type of card used.

International Shipping:

• We offer worldwide shipping at a flat shipping rate of INR 5000
• After confirmation of order, products are dispatched within 3-4 business days. However, if there is a custom sizing/ personalization request, the dispatch could take up to 7 business days.
• We have partnered with several reliable shipping partners such as DHL and FedEx. We usually ship via Fedex International Priority, such that the shipment reaches within 7 business days. However, shipments can take up to 10-15 business days to be delivered, depending on the country the product is being shipped to. You will be provided with a tracking number via email.
• Your country may charge taxes including VAT, import duties, and customs charges. Please contact your local postal service or customs office to get an idea of the exact charges, and you will directly need to pay the charges to receive the shipment.
